After the amount of the One-time credit Fee is discounted you are no longer entitled for a discount and the Fees are charged as usual. If 3 months from the day your Payoma Account was completely verified expire before you have discounted the One-time credit Fee you are no longer entitled for a discount and the Fees are charged as usual. You are entitled for a discount only after the One-time credit Fee was actually received by Payoma.

By way of example:

If your Payoma Account was completely verified on 10/01/2018 you have paid the One-time credit Fee (1000 EUR) on 25/01/2018 you are entitled for a discount for the Fees for 1000 EUR starting with 25/01/2018 until 10/04/2018. In this case

  • If until 10/04/2018 you have accrued Fees of 400 EUR. You have utilised the discount of 400 EUR. Starting with 11/04/2018 you pay the Fees normally, without any discount. All the unutilised part of the discount is cancelled.

If your Payoma Account was completely verified on 10/01/2018 and you have paid the One-time credit Fee (1000 EUR) on 25/05/2018 (more than 4 months after your Payoma Account was completely verified) you are not entitled for a discount.

** Your Payoma Account is considered Inactive Account if there were no qualifying transactions during certain time. Generally, qualifying transactions are transactions with Third Parties, however there are several exceptions. For more details on these exceptions and the minimum time of inactivity please see the definition of the Inactive Account term in the Definition part of the Agreement.
