* Your Payoma Account is considered Inactive Account if there were no qualifying transactions during certain time. Generally, qualifying transactions are transactions with Third Parties, however there are several exceptions. For more details on these exceptions and the minimum time of inactivity please see the definition of the Inactive Account term in the Definition part of the Agreement.
** Single European Payments Area (SEPA) is comprised of European Union member states, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Monaco, San Marino, and Vatican City.
3. The Fees are listed exclusive of Value Added Tax. In case Value Added Tax or any other sales tax is or become applicable to the Fees, such tax amount will be added to the Fees.
4. We may at any time at our sole discretion revise this list of the Fees. Such revision will not be considered changes to the Agreement (Clause 21 of the Terms).
